You will use the Shred Society app that has exercise demonstrations, workout explanations, a workout calendar, plus you can record your specific weights you're using for each exercise. This app also has a habit tracker where you can list out any habits you are really wanting to work on (i.e. drink a gallon of water a day) and can track those in the app to hold yourself accountable. You can also sync the app up with MyFitnessPal, your Apple Watch, and more!
Additional Coaching Option includes a 3-5 min demonstration video of each workout for the month (going into detail of how to perform each move properly) for you which will be uploaded to the app (read above for all the app's features!). We will have weekly check ins in the app, in addition to any other communication necessary throughout the week, plus you can (and are encouraged to!) upload videos in the app for form feedback whenever you need.
