Custom Fitness Program

Non-recurring, purchase an updated plan on an as needed basis

$279 (for a one-time, 6-8 week program)

optional add ons: $100 for virtual consult // $150 per month for weekly check ins

Feel like you are just spinning your wheels in the gym and don’t know what the best workout split is or the best exercises to do to achieve your specific goals? Or maybe you only have time for a quick workout at home with limited equipment, but want to make the most out of it? As a women’s strength coach with over a decade of experience training women in person, you can count on Savanna to be able to craft the perfect program for you based on what she sees in your movement assessment and based on the time, equipment and space you have available.

You will use the Shred Society app that has exercise demonstrations, workout explanations, a workout calendar, plus you can record your specific weights you're using for each exercise. This app also has a habit tracker where you can list out any habits you are really wanting to work on (i.e. drink a gallon of water a day) and can track those in the app to hold yourself accountable. You can also sync the app up with MyFitnessPal, your Apple Watch, and more! 

Here’s all the deets:

-Initial virtual assessment to screen mobility, core, pelvic floor, general strength/movement patterns

-Custom workout program delivered on the Shred Society app including personalized mobility routines and cardio suggestions based on time available to you and your specific goals (strength programs are ideally followed for at least 6-8 weeks before following a new program)

-Can record body metrics/weight in the app along with the weights you use in your workouts

-Long-Form Video sent over by your coach with explanation of plan of action

- No recurring fees with this option! Once you’re ready for a new program (you could technically follow this program for as long as you want unless your progress stalls), you can simply let Savanna know and include any updates to your goals, equipment available, desired frequency, etc.

Feel like you work so hard in the gym or so hard to be “good” M-F with your eating but still are not getting the results you desire and feel like you deserve?! Here’s the cold hard truth: You can be the fittest, strongest person but still not see any changes in your body if you are eating in a surplus, OR if you're chronically eating in an extreme deficit (too little).

Or, maybe you know your diet isn’t the greatest, and you know you need some expert guidance and accountability to really make the necessary change for the betterment of your health or to get to your physique goals. Looks aside, it is VERY important for your overall health and longevity to prioritize whole foods whenever possible, minimally processed/packaged things, and lots of water! So if you don’t make this change for vanity, make it for your quality of life. 

Working together will not only optimize your health and performance with your workouts, but optimize your relationship with food and your body. You will learn how to track macros and learn why that’s important in the beginning stages of this journey. You will NOT have to track macros forever, and you will be constantly assessed (if you choose the coaching option) to make sure you are handling tracking well from a mental aspect. You will learn how no foods are off limits, there is no morality tied to food, and learn how to create blood sugar balancing, energy giving meals to keep you satisfied and happy longer without any crash!

*Macros 101 masterclass (60 min long recording)

*Reverse dieting guide included for once you reach your goal (if your goal is fat loss)
