How It Works

  1. Create an account.

  2. Purchase a subscription option (1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month available)

  3. Check your email and/or the membership navigation page for the monthly workout schedule.

  4. Purchase any equipment you don’t already have - all you need is a pair of light & heavy dumbbells, a mini band and a light resistance band.

  5. Log in to your account on this website to access your daily workouts.

It’s that simple. :)
